basketball season

So finally the basketball season has started! We had our first game on Friday which resulted in a win over the South Knox Spartans. The score was 43-39. I was proud of the team. I really think we came together and had good teamwork!

We have our second game at home on Friday and another game at Tell City on Saturday. I think it is going to be a great season.

It is finally starting to get cooler! I enjoy looking at all the color of leaves that fall from the trees.

Persuasion Tips

#7 No insults! Stick to the subject and don't get personal. I think that tip number seven would be appropriate for my persuasion topic of exercising. I don't want to insult anyone if they don't exercise, I am just trying to help them realize that it is important for you to stay healthy. And I don't want to get personal with them, by talking about obesity and how high the statistics are. People need to realize that I'm speaking the truth and that it is very important to live a healthy life by exercising.
